Land Surveyor


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and producing accurate measurements and data for various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and drones
- Analyze survey data and produce detailed maps, drawings, and reports
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all measurements and calculations
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to gather information for projects
- Conduct research on property records to determine boundaries and ownership information
- Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with survey plans
- Maintain survey equipment and tools in good working condition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong technical skills including proficiency in surveying software
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver's license

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

This job is located in Vilnius, Lithuania.
