We are in search of a passionate and dedicated Part-time Tutor to join our team in the US. In this role, you will work with students to provide academic support and help them achieve their learning goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to helping students succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual or small group tutoring sessions for students in various subjects, including but not limited to math, science, English, and history
- Assess student's needs and develop customized lesson plans to address their specific learning goals
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage students and promote understanding of course material
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on areas for improvement
- Collaborate with teachers or parents to ensure alignment with curriculum and track student progress
- Create a supportive learning environment that encourages student growth and development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Proven experience as a tutor or teacher preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of subject matter and ability to adapt teaching methods for different learning styles
- Patience, empathy, and understanding towards students' individual needs
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities
- Reliable transportation to travel for in-person tutoring sessions (if applicable)

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The schedule will be determined based on availability of both the tutor and the student.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is located in the US. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US.
