Sales Manager - Muscat, Oman (Indian Nationals Preferred)



A well-established company in Muscat is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join their team. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1800$ and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Provide regular sales reports to senior management
- Train and motivate sales staff to achieve targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Indian nationality preferred
