Sales Manager - Mombasa, Kenya
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Provide training and support to sales team members to improve their performance
- Analyze sales data and generate reports for management review
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Ability to analyze data, make strategic decisions, and achieve results
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Experience working in Mombasa is preferred but not required
