A reputable company in Mombasa is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. We are looking for a motivated and driven individual who can lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve company goals. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Set sales targets and monitor progress towards achieving them
- Identify potential clients and develop relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team towards achieving targets
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with commission based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Mombasa, but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are currently residing in the city.

Additional Information:
This job does not require previous experience or accommodation as we provide training and support for our employees. However, candidates must have their own valid visa for working in Mombasa.
