A well-established construction company in Akron is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for concrete placement by setting forms, grading and compacting base materials
- Pour concrete into designated areas using various techniques and equipment
- Smooth out and level surfaces using tools such as trowels, screeds, and floats
- Apply finishing techniques such as stamping or coloring to create desired textures and designs
- Repair damaged concrete by patching or replacing sections as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with concrete in a construction setting
- Knowledge of different types of concrete mixtures and their appropriate uses
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Physical stamina to work long hours in all weather conditions
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this full-time position.
