Land Surveyor

We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate and precise measurements of land and other properties using specialized equipment and tools. Your duties will include analyzing data, creating maps and reports, and providing recommendations to clients.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and techniques
- Analyze survey data to create accurate maps and reports
- Identify potential land or property issues that may affect development plans
- Provide recommendations based on survey findings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on projects
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of survey data for future reference
