Teamlead - Project Management


The Teamlead for Project Management will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the project management team in our Washington office. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on time. Your strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of project managers to ensure all projects are completed successfully
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the project management team
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are on track to meet deadlines
- Oversee resource allocation and make adjustments as needed
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, communicating updates and addressing any concerns or issues
- Identify potential risks or roadblocks that may impact project success and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Conduct regular performance reviews for team members and provide feedback for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to project management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a project management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience leading and managing a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships is preferred
Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Washington (candidates must be eligible to work in the US)
Employment type: Contract (with possibility for extension)
