A leading auto body repair shop in Nairobi is seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with a passion for cars and extensive knowledge of auto body repairs. The role requires someone who can work independently, manage a team, and deliver high-quality repairs in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $900 per month, suitable for men of any nationality. The job also offers accommodation and is part-time.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed
- Repair or replace damaged body parts using appropriate tools and techniques
- Straighten bent frames and panels to meet manufacturer specifications
- Weld, sand, and smooth surfaces to prepare for painting
- Apply paint coats evenly and skillfully to achieve flawless finishes
- Ensure all repairs are completed within given timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards
- Communicate with customers regarding the repair process and provide excellent customer service
- Train, supervise, and mentor junior technicians as needed

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in auto body repair with proven skills in welding, painting, and frame straightening
- Knowledge of different types of car models and their unique repair needs
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Proficiency in using various tools such as grinders, sanders, welders, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Flexibility to work on weekends or overtime when needed
