Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Acre. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our team by handling various administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails from clients and other employees
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments for team members
- Creating and maintaining electronic and physical files
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinating travel arrangements for team members
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Assisting with special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Fluent in English (Malayalee or Egyptian preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Acre
Salary: $1300 per month
