We are in need of a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Svalbard. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery. You will work with precision and efficiency to ensure the production process runs smoothly and meets quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure they are running correctly and efficiently
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
- Conduct regular maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Keep detailed records of production output and machine maintenance activities
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment
- Familiarity with machine setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Good communication skills

Salary: $1000 per month with accommodation provided. This position is suitable for men who have the necessary qualifications.
