Architectural Designer (Contract)

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in the United States. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative and functional designs for various projects. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month, along with a free visa and ticket.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand design requirements
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop 3D models and renderings to present design concepts to clients
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review and make revisions to designs based on feedback from stakeholders
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in design technology
- Work within project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
