Architectural Designer


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in the US. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing architectural plans and drawings for various projects. This includes conducting site visits, researching building codes and regulations, and collaborating with project managers and clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements and client needs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using design software
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in designs
- Communicate with clients to present designs and address any concerns or changes
- Work closely with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this full-time position. Accommodation will also be provided for our employees. We also provide free visa sponsorship and airfare tickets for international candidates.

Location:
This position is based in the US, but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who possess the necessary qualifications.
