Architectural Designer



We are in search of a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in the vibrant city of Us. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative architectural designs for a variety of projects ranging from residential to commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to understand project requirements
- Research and analyze relevant building codes, regulations, and materials
- Develop 3D models and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design specifications are being met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer with a proven track record in designing successful projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
