Architectural Technologist - Oslo, Norway

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in Oslo, Norway. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing, planning and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. You will work closely with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and according to design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and other professionals to develop design concepts and construction plans
- Research building codes, regulations and standards to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Develop cost estimates for materials, labor and other project expenses
- Review contractor bids, proposals and contracts to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications
- Monitor construction progress, resolve any technical issues that arise and provide guidance as needed
- Conduct quality control checks on materials and workmanship throughout the construction process

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and standards
- Experience working with architects, engineers and contractors
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Salary: This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Location: This position is based in Oslo, Norway.
