Job Title: Forum Moderator


Our company is in need of a Forum Moderator to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing online forums and discussions to ensure a positive and engaging user experience. As a moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and respectful environment for our online community.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor forum discussions and respond to inquiries or concerns from users in a timely manner
- Enforce forum rules and guidelines to maintain a positive atmosphere
- Address any inappropriate or offensive content posted by users
- Encourage active participation and engagement among forum members
- Collaborate with other moderators to identify potential issues and come up with solutions
- Keep up-to-date with current events and trends that may impact the forum community

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of internet culture and online communication etiquette
- Proven experience in managing online forums or communities preferred
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations effectively
- Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This is an onsite position located in Ashdod, Israel. Candidates must be able to commute to our office daily.

Nationality:
This position is open to all nationalities. Applicants must have the necessary work permits/visas for Israel.

Accommodation:
This is not a live-in position. Accommodation will not be provided.
