Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in the field of computer support. As an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining accurate records of all support interactions.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Install and configure computer systems, peripherals, and other equipment
- Document all support interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and network troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Location: Gujrat, India (visa sponsorship available)
Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
