Part-Time Computer Support Specialist


We are hiring a part-time Computer Support Specialist to provide technical support and assistance to our clients in Gujrat. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware and software issues, setting up new computer systems, and providing training and guidance to users.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems according to client needs
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems on-site or remotely
- Train users on new computer systems and software applications
- Create user accounts, reset passwords, and perform other system administration tasks
- Keep track of inventory for computer equipment and peripherals
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall system performance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in computer science or related field preferred
- Proven experience in providing technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP is preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues independently and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong customer service skills with a patient demeanor
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed

Salary: 1200$ per month (based on experience)
Location: Gujrat (preference for local candidates)
Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
