Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are currently hiring an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Gujrat. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, hardware, and software to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, hardware, and software
- Install, configure and maintain computer systems and networks
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely solutions to technical problems
- Collaborate with other team members to develop efficient solutions for clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and implement best practices in IT support

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
