Data Mining Specialist

We are in need of a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Mining Specialist to join our team in Alta. As a Data Mining Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will assist in making strategic business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to gather data requirements and deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience with data mining tools, and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:
- Collecting and organizing large sets of data from various sources
- Using data mining tools and techniques to identify patterns, trends, and insights
- Collaborating with different departments to understand their data needs
- Developing reports and visualizations to present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis
- Communicating complex information to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Mining Specialist or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large sets of data
- Proficiency in SQL and data mining tools (e.g. Python, R)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Alta (open for remote candidates)
