We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks to our customers. This includes coffee, tea, smoothies, and other specialty beverages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take orders and accurately input them into the POS system
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the café
- Restock supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about menu items and making recommendations
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barista in a busy café or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
