Construction Manager - Indian Nationals


We are in need of an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Khasab. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are completed within budget, on schedule, and according to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project budget and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being done according to plans and specifications
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project
- Keep track of materials and equipment needed for each project
- Prepare progress reports for management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Ability to read blueprints and use relevant software programs such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of workers from diverse backgrounds
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.
