Junior Commercial Architect - Vilnius, Lithuania

As a junior commercial architect based in Vilnius, Lithuania, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and planning of commercial buildings and spaces. Your role will involve working closely with senior architects and clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements. You will use your technical skills to create detailed drawings and 3D models, as well as conduct site visits and collaborate with contractors during the construction phase. This is a full-time position that does not require previous experience, making it an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to transition into the field of architecture. The salary for this role is 1400$ per month with accommodation provided. Own visa holders are also welcome to apply.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong design skills and proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations
