Administrator for International Company in Ufa
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our international company in Ufa. This role requires someone who is proficient in Russian and has experience working with biometric passports. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, organizing documents, and coordinating with international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails
- Coordinate with international clients and assist with any inquiries or concerns they may have
- Maintain accurate records and organize documents for easy retrieval
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Assist with any other administrative duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian (both written and spoken)
- Experience working with biometric passports is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
