Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Vilnius. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month, and accommodation will be provided. We welcome candidates from Pakistan who have a valid visa and can start immediately. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone with prior experience in similar roles who can hit the ground running. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and providing general administrative support to the team. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and are able to work independently as well as part of a team, we would love to hear from you!
