We are hiring an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring smooth operations. This is a contract position suitable for Indian nationals with experience in administration and a valid biometric passport.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as answering calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the team
- Assist with travel arrangements and visa applications
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Process invoices and maintain financial records
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an administrative role is required
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
