Personal Trainer - Malindi, Kenya

We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our growing team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans for clients and providing them with the necessary guidance and support to reach their health and fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting fitness assessments and creating customized workout plans for clients based on their individual needs and goals.
- Monitoring clients' progress and making necessary adjustments to their workout plans.
- Providing guidance on proper exercise techniques and form to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Demonstrating exercises and correcting any errors in form or technique.
- Motivating and encouraging clients to stay on track with their fitness journey.
- Offering nutritional advice to support clients' overall health and fitness goals.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, research, and best practices in health, wellness, and fitness.

Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer with at least 2 years of experience working with diverse clientele.
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and weight management principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively connect with clients from different backgrounds.
- Passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
- Ability to create personalized workout plans that are challenging yet achievable for clients based on their abilities and limitations.
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

This is a contract position suitable for men who own a valid visa. Fluency in English is required. We welcome candidates of all nationalities who meet the requirements mentioned above. Our company offers competitive compensation of 1500$ per month.
