Preservation Architect


We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Dickirch, working on projects that preserve and restore historic buildings and structures. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for conducting historical research, creating preservation plans, and overseeing the restoration process to ensure that it meets all necessary standards and regulations. You will also collaborate with other architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and implement preservation strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in historic preservation, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for preserving cultural heritage. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct historical research on buildings and structures
- Create preservation plans based on historical research
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and contractors on preservation projects
- Oversee the restoration process to ensure it meets all necessary standards
- Develop and implement strategies for preserving cultural heritage
- Communicate with clients about project progress and any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in historic preservation
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and architectural styles from different time periods
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of preservation regulations and guidelines

Salary: 1400$ per month
