Sales Representative - Sharjah, UAE



We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential customers and conduct market research to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Continuously improve product knowledge in order to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales opportunities
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events as needed to promote the company's products

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the UAE market
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and close deals
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to travel within the UAE as needed (valid driver's license preferred)
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be authorized to work in the UAE (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)

Salary: 1200$ per month + commission on sales.
