Barista - Entry Level

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in the beautiful city of Svalbard. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages to our customers, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This is an entry-level position, perfect for recent graduates looking to kickstart their career in the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not necessary
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from different backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
