Construction Site Manager - Os, Norway
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee our projects in Os, Norway. As a Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and supervising all site activities.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Prepare project budgets and schedules
- Monitor progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Review project plans and drawings to identify potential issues or conflicts
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to keep them informed about project progress
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during construction
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and materials used
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.
