Formworker
A reputable construction company in Bergen is seeking an experienced Formworker to join our team. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating, setting up, and removing concrete forms for various construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Set up and align forms according to specifications
- Pour concrete into forms and spread it evenly
- Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete using hand tools or power tools
- Remove forms once concrete has dried
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods of time, and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
- Team player with good communication skills

Preferred:
- Biometric passport for international travel as needed for project locations outside of Norway

Salary:
$1000 per week (negotiable based on experience)
