Junior Construction Manager - Salalah, Egypt


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Salalah, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects from conception to completion. As a Junior Construction Manager, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop project plans and budgets
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor progress of construction projects and address any issues that arise
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and ensure adherence to plans
- Prepare reports on project status, including budget updates and timeline adjustments
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Salalah - candidates must be based in Egypt or willing to relocate at their own expense.

Note: This position does not require fluency in English. However, candidates must have basic knowledge of English for communication purposes.
