Online Nepali Consultant

We are seeking a fluent Nepali speaker to join our team as an Online Nepali Consultant. In this role, you will provide expert advice and support to our clients through online channels such as email, chat, and video calls. As a consultant, you will help clients with various inquiries related to our products or services, as well as provide guidance on any issues they may encounter.

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Sheduva, Lithuania (with accommodation provided)

Requirements:
- Fluent in both written and spoken Nepali
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- No previous experience required

Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries through online channels promptly and professionally
- Providing accurate information and guidance on our products/services
- Addressing any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner
- Maintaining detailed records of all client interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other team members to continuously improve customer satisfaction
