A reputable construction company in the city of Utena is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. Your main duty will be to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and operated safely and efficiently. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while operating equipment
- Communicate with project managers and other team members to coordinate tasks
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and understand construction plans
- Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of machinery operations
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy equipment for long periods of time

Preferred:
- Experience working in construction or related field
- Knowledge of basic repair techniques for heavy equipment
- Experience operating different types of heavy machinery
- Familiarity with safety regulations for operating heavy equipment
