Entry-Level Surveyor

We are hiring an Entry-Level Surveyor to join our team in Lom, with no requirement for English proficiency. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and other geographic features to determine boundaries, elevations, and other topographical characteristics. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various tools such as GPS, total stations, and surveying software
- Analyze data from surveys to create maps, plats, and reports
- Measure angles, distances, and elevations using precise equipment
- Research property records to determine boundaries and property lines
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate data collection and analysis

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- No previous experience required - we will provide training on the job
- Proficiency in basic mathematics and geometry
- Ability to use surveying tools and software effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and data analysis
- Strong communication skills for working with clients and team members

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Previous experience as a survey technician or assistant
- Familiarity with local land laws and regulations
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD or GIS software
