Chef de Cuisine - Ashdod, Israel


As a highly skilled Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring the highest quality in food preparation and presentation. You will lead a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to create innovative menus using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Your passion for creating delicious and aesthetically pleasing dishes will be evident in every meal served. Your attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will ensure our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as a chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.

Salary: $1100/month

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts preferred
- Expertise in creating innovative menus using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (Hebrew proficiency is an asset)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Create new dishes and menus while ensuring they meet our high standards for taste, presentation, and cost efficiency
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, sanitation practices, and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary ingredients and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards at all times
