Restaurant Manager
This position is ideal for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating a positive work environment. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including but not limited to staff supervision, inventory management, budgeting and financial planning, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. The successful candidate will also have a keen eye for detail and a proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Create schedules for staff and ensure adequate coverage at all times
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of food orders
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain financial records and prepare reports for management

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino language proficiency is an asset)
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and increasing profitability
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
