Our upscale restaurant in Utena, Lithuania is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure exceptional service for our guests. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the front of house staff, maintaining inventory levels, creating work schedules, and ensuring high quality food and beverage offerings. Your strong leadership skills will be essential as you train and motivate our team to provide excellent customer service and uphold our restaurant's standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Experience with inventory management and creating work schedules
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service

Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Experience working in fine dining establishments or luxury hotels
- Graduation from a hospitality or restaurant management program
- Fluency in additional languages other than English
