Staff Assistant - Administrative Support (Dukhan, Qatar)
We are seeking a skilled and organized Staff Assistant to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our company's operations by assisting with various tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails and phone calls, and maintaining records. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to all members of the team
- Manage incoming emails and phone calls, responding or directing them accordingly
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Prepare documents, forms, and presentations as needed
- Maintain accurate records and files in physical and electronic form
- Assist with organizing events and meetings as required
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members when necessary
- Monitor office supplies and order when needed
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Fluent English speaking skills required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Salary:
900$ per month
