Master Barber



As a Master Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our clients in Manama. You must have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and other grooming services according to client preferences
- Assess client needs and advise on appropriate hairstyles and grooming techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all sanitation guidelines
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Stay up-to-date with current hair trends, styles, and techniques to offer the best services to our clients
- Promote salon products and services to increase sales and enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber in a reputable salon or barbershop
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds
- Strong knowledge of haircare products, tools, equipment, and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service without compromising quality
- Valid barbering license (or equivalent) from an accredited institution

Salary & Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month without accommodation. Additionally, we provide free visa sponsorship and air ticket for non-Bahraini candidates.
