Pastry Chef for Boutique Bakery in Ufa, Egypt

A boutique bakery in Ufa, Egypt is seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious pastries and desserts for our customers. You will also be in charge of managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of traditional Egyptian desserts and pastries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills
- Attention to detail and creativity in presentation

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of pastries and desserts according to traditional Egyptian recipes
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Train and supervise assistant pastry chefs or kitchen staff members
- Develop new menu items based on seasonal ingredients or customer requests
- Collaborate with other chefs to create themed menus or special event offerings
