Mason Supervisor

As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of masons in the construction of various structures in the city of Kaunas. Your primary responsibilities will include planning and assigning tasks, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. You will also be responsible for providing on-the-job training and mentoring to new masons while continuously evaluating the performance of your team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in masonry work, excellent leadership skills, and strong attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in masonry work
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Preferred Requirements:
- Certification or degree in Masonry or Construction Management
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Lithuanian)
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
