We are hiring an experienced Shaper to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping metal and other materials using various tools and techniques. Your main duties will include studying blueprints and drawings, operating machinery, and inspecting finished products for quality.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shaper or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with various shaping tools and equipment
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Physical strength and stamina for operating machinery
- Good communication skills
- Indian nationality preferred

Responsibilities:
- Study blueprints and drawings to determine shaping specifications
- Set up machines according to instructions
- Use shaping tools such as saws, grinders, lathes, etc.
- Operate machinery to shape materials
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Make adjustments as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
