Junior Florist



As a Junior Florist, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation and arrangement of floral designs for various occasions. This includes selecting and purchasing flowers and plants, preparing arrangements, and maintaining inventory. You will also assist in customer service, taking orders and ensuring client satisfaction. This is an entry-level role, perfect for individuals looking to start their career in the floral industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in selecting and purchasing flowers and plants from suppliers
- Prepare floral arrangements according to client requests
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies
- Assist in customer service, taking orders and ensuring client satisfaction
- Clean and maintain work area to ensure a clean and organized workspace
- Assist in design set up for events such as weddings or parties
- Learn about different types of flowers, plants, and techniques used in floral design
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations when handling flowers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Passion for floral design with a desire to learn more about it
- Attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions closely
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending, and carrying heavy objects
- Willingness to work on weekends or holidays as needed

Salary: $900 per month
