Manager - Operations and Human Resources

We are hiring a Manager with experience in both operations and human resources to oversee our company's processes and employees. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, be able to multitask, and have a good understanding of business operations and HR practices.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage day-to-day operations of the company, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
- Create and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on employee performance management
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members
- Identify training needs for employees and coordinate professional development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor laws
- Collaborate with other managers to ensure cross-functional alignment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in operations or human resources management role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of business operations processes
- Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Ability to handle conflict resolution effectively
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite
- Fluent in English (Arabic language proficiency is a plus)
- Pakistani nationality preferred (open to foreigners)
- Available for full-time work in Abu Dhabi
