Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for improving overall company operations
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve company goals
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients
- Identify and resolve any operational issues that may arise in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and manage budgets for operational expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
