Concierge - Herzliya, Israel


We are seeking a friendly and organized Concierge to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong knowledge of local attractions and services.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, and activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure all guest requests are promptly fulfilled
- Keep lobby area clean and presentable at all times
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification or degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of local attractions, events, and services is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of another language is a plus

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $900 per month.
