We are seeking a friendly and attentive Part-Time Concierge to join our team in Herzliya. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, making their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This position is ideal for someone looking for a part-time job without any experience required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and reservations for local attractions, restaurants, and services
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling and storage
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure excellent guest experience

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly demeanor with a willingness to help others
- Fluent in Arabic (preferably Egyptian)
- Able to work part-time hours, including weekends
