Entry-Level Team Lead in Svalbard

As an Entry-Level Team Lead in Svalbard, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of students without prior experience. Your main role will be to guide and support these students as they complete their tasks and achieve their goals. You must have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members of various backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, instruction, and support to a team of student workers
- Ensure that tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines
- Monitor team progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other team leads to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate effectively with team members to address any issues or concerns
- Train new team members on company processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Prior experience in a leadership role is a plus, but not required

This is a full-time entry-level position with a starting salary of $1600 per month.
